What is a Ticket Bundle?
Ticket Bundling is NOT a subscription, in which automatic payments are taken. It is when you can grant exclusive access to specific ticket holders by assigning them to your media.
Ticket bundling is not done under the ticket creation but on the media creation side. When creating media, you can assign what ticket holders gain access to the stream you are creating. Therefore, your tickets must be created, and your event published in order to ticket bundle.
Some examples of ticket bundling:
- The event contains a ticket per game in a season and one season pass.
- A concert series offers concert tickets weekly but has a series pass.
- You can purchase an entire season of a show or each episode.
NOTE: All tickets must be under the same event.
How to Ticket Bundle:
STEP 1: Build all of your tickets and publish your event to access event media.
STEP 2:
Access Event Media:
and click to add a new Livestream or upload :
STEP 3: Fill out your media menu options according to your event needs. Look for the Video Visibility section.
STEP 4: The Video Visibility section is defaulted on a private setting, switch over to public to grant your ticket holders access. A drop-down of all of your tickets will appear. Select which tickets apply to your media.
STEP 5: Repeat steps 2 through 4 until all media has been created. Be sure all tickets have the access to the media they paid for.
