In-Person Ticket Experience
No matter if the attendee is purchasing a ticket on your ViewStub landing page or a White Label event, the attendee process for buying and accessing an in-person event is the same.
STEP 1: Click to get tickets on the event page. A ticket registration window will appear.
STEP 2: Select your tickets for checkout. Click checkout when ready.
STEP 3: Apply your Promo Code if applicable at checkout summary. It will discount your ticket to the appropriate amount. See the examples below. If you do not have a promo code, continue to step 4.
You should see the change in price upon applying the promo code and a notification saying your promo code has been applied.
STEP 4: Fill out all the contact information as well as required information for checkout. Required Information is denoted by an asterisk*.
STEP 5: Place Order when ready. You will receive an automatic confirmation of your purchase. A QR Code (Digital Ticket) is provided in the confirmation and the registered email for safekeeping.
Step 6: Click in your purchase or email confirmation to View QR Code Button:
You will see a popup appear with your designated QR Code Digital Ticket! See Example Below:
Show up to your In-person event, present your QR code at the door, & enjoy the show!
NOTE: To Search in an email: Be sure to check your spam folders and your trash items if you auto-delete emails. Look for the following: Instead of “ViewStub Live Entertainment,” You can search for your specific event name.
