How to Add Documents
The purpose of this section is to upload material for your ticket holders to download. To add documents, your event must be published (private or public) to access your event customization options. Once published, you can access Documents in your left-hand menu.
Step 1: Access documents in your left-hand menu once published. Click Documents.
Step 2: You are now in the documents section. Click on the edit icon to customize your tab name and review options.
Step 3: Add a Document. Click to add a document.
Step 4: A window will appear to add your document. Fill out this menu.
NOTE: There are file type and size limitations per upload.
Step 5: Click Save when ready. Your ticket holders with access will now be able to click on the documents tab on your watch page to reveal your downloadable material.
