How To Set Up Client Payment Information
You will know if you need to set up your payment and payout information if your Payouts are disabled on your account hub:
Enabling payouts is how you can request to collect your available funds.
To set up payment information, perform the following:
Step 1: Log into your account and access Settings. You can access settings under your account menu:
You can also access settings in your account hubs left-hand menu:
Access Settings, then access Payment Info in the new left-hand menu:
You must set up a Payment Method AND a Payout Destination on this page to enable payout and collect funds.
Step 1: Add at least one card on file: Click Add Payment Method. A window will appear.
Step 2: Add your preferred card as a default.
Step 3: Scroll down to the Payout method Section. Click to add Payout Method.
Step 4: Setup your PayPal and/or Stripe and select your preferred method for a payout as your default.
Note: At the time of your payout request, whichever method is selected at that time is where your request will be processed.
Step 5: Use your left-hand menu to return to your account hub to request a payout.
NOTE: Pending funds can take up to 5 business days to become available. Payout turnaround can take up to 10 business days once requested. Payout requests are automated; your payout request will be reset if you request another payout before the first has been processed. **Delays due to foreign exchange rates or refunds are possible.**
