ACCOUNT HUB/ PAYOUTS:
It is important to know that the balances reflected on your account hub are for all of your events cumulatively for that account. You can also export all sales information for every event here. To see balances and sales for specific events, or to export sales for a specific event, go to event analytics.
Your ‘Total Balance’ of sales will reflect what will become an ‘Available Soon’ balance as it works through a pending phase to be charged from user accounts. Once an ‘Available To Pay Out’ balance (min of $20) hits, you can withdraw funds (even before your event date!) and the requested amount will be reflected in your ‘Pending Payout’. When no balance is reflected in the pending payout, your pay has arrived in your designated PayPal or Stripe account.
If Payouts are Disabled…
To Set Up Payment Information:
Step1: Access Account Settings. You can set up your payment method under your Account Hub menu Settings.
Step 2: Select Payment Info in the menu. You must set up a Payment Method AND a Payout Destination.
Step 3: Add a card as a default and a Payout method of PayPal or Stripe as your default to enable payouts.
Step 4: Return to Account Hub to request a payout.
NOTE: To see Payout history, visit your Account Hub’s Payouts Tab:
NOTE: Pending funds can take up to 5 business days to become available. Payout turnaround can take up to 10 business days once requested. Payout requests are automated, if you request another payout before the first has been processed, your payout request will be reset. Delays due to foreign exchange rates, or refunds are possible.
